I needed soft and soothing, gentle, comforting, easy & smooth. That would be all I could manage on this morning. I knew I could find that somewhere in the big Nose Hill Park space. I only needed a little bit of that space though, a space I could cover in a tiny bit of time. Just a little fresh air and a little exercise and a little bit of beauty. I saw Nose Hill Park like I never saw it before this morning! It was everything I needed!
