To Be Exact!

I am so enjoying not having to make guesstimates! I can report that today's actual account is:

Time: 1:12:57
Distance: 11.1 km
Pace: 6:34 min/km

I have so much to learn about my Forerunner 305 and this was today's lesson. The blue shows my 11.1 km running route.

    Isn't it great? I just love knowing exactly how far I've run and I like the pace because it's a nice way to see if you're on track without being too obsessive! If you run at all in the city where you have to stop at traffic lights, the 'Auto Pause' feature is really nice to use. It automatically stops your timer whenever you stop running.

    Okay, now I am jealous! Sounds like a great motivator. I've got most of the pacing info, but not the cool graphics and maps. Ah, next year's wish list. Keep running!

    It is fun not having to run in straight lines and then map my routes on the computer when I get home!

    Great run! You're fast! I cannot stand to run without my garmin anymore! I don't like the speed it tells me these days but I am just getting back into it afterall...
