Jackson, Wyoming (June 19, 20)

I drove east from Craters of the Moon in Idaho to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to spend two days visitng Jackson and Teton Village.  I thought Calgary was a cowboy town but Jackson beats us out by a landslide.  It was a fun place to be, walking the streets, checking out the shops and people watching.  I had an ice cream beside a guy who looked familar and I am kicking myself now for not asking for an autograph or just chatting with him.
I felt very welcome!
This is the entrance to the Town Park!
Wonderful streets to walk up and down!
I know where not to cross!
...picnic tables...
...shops...
...cute coffee house...
My hotel was just off the main street, so I was able to just park my car and leave it and stroll and eat and drink and shop and be merry.  This was a busy town but folks told me this was nothing compared to what it will be like in July and August.

  1. Nice photos! I remember that arch and the geyser from years ago :-). Biggest ice cream I ever had was a Yellowstone.
