Yesterday was the start of Week 2 of my marathon training program. I timed it right this time, so I wasn't down by the river by myself in the wee hours of the morning. I waited for the sun to come up first. Officially, this is week 2 but I have unofficially been doing whatever. It was suppose to be a 10km slow run but it turned out being a little longer. 10km just didn't seem quite worth it so I went with:
Time: 1:20:56
Distance: 12:36
Pace: 6:31 min/km
