It was beautiful and impressive. We were in Sedona for a week, so we also did Bell, Courthouse, and Canyon. Heal up quickly - I know this must be incredibly frustrating, but the only thing to really do while it heals is take advantage of the "free time" to do the kinds of things you normally don't have time to do when you're out in the mountains.
